Morticed Concrete Posts are manufactured to a very high standard and are used in conjunction with arris rails in the feather edge fencing system. We stock the 2.44m x 100mm x 100mm intermediate posts. The 2.44m posts have three mortices on to take three arris rails and are suitable for creating a 1.65m or 1.8m high fence with or without a 150mm high gravel board. You can use shaped end arris rails that fit directly into the mortices or use morticed arris rail brackets. Gravel boards fit into the morticed concrete post by bolting a two pin cleat to the gravel board. The posts have holes in to accept these cleats. Morticed Concrete Posts have a four way pointed top.
