Delivery & returns
We offer a quick and flexible delivery service locally and nationwide. Our delivery fleet has cranes and smaller vehicles so you don’t need to worry if you have tricky access.
Delivery charges range from FREE to £87 per load for locations up to 50 minutes from Kebur. Our rates are set simply to reflect the cost of operating our delivery service.
We offer free delivery on orders over:
• £100 for addresses within 10 minutes of our site
• £1,000 for addresses within 50 minutes of our site
For deliveries over 50 minutes from our Landscape Centre, we use an external pallet courier service, costing £87 per pallet depending on your postcode. This will require a signature on delivery between 8am-5pm.

Fragile products, loose tipped aggregates and products over 1.2m in length are unable to be shipped by pallet courier.
Orders under 20kg can usually be sent as a small parcel for £15.

When will I receive my goods?
Delivery will usually be arranged for morning or afternoon, unless there are unforeseen circumstances. You will be informed of any delays. Trade Pro accounts benefit from priority delivery, (including next day delivery on orders placed before 12pm), subject to stock and delivery capacity.
Returns
Let us know within 14 days of when you received your goods if you wish to cancel all or some of your order. You then have another 14 days to return your goods to get a full refund or an exchange. You can return the goods yourself, or we can arrange collection and charge this at our usual delivery rates.
We will also charge a 20% handling fee for trade customers. You will need to photograph the location and the condition of the product before we can confirm we are able to collect it and give you a refund. Please note that the goods must be in a collectable state.
Stock items must be returned:
• in a re-saleable condition
• with any seals intact
• within 14 days of your cancellation
• with proof of purchase
Tell us about any access restrictions
Please let us know if you have any access restrictions such as a narrow road, tight turns or hidden access. This means we can send the best vehicle and avoid any delays to your order. Our drivers will off-load goods near to the lorry side. They are not authorised to carry them further.
If booking a pallet service, we regret our couriers aren’t able to move your delivery across gravel using their manual pump truck.
Items not eligible for return
We regret we are unable to refund:
• non-stock or not-stocked items
• special orders and pre-sealed stone
• loose or bulk bagged aggregates and topsoil
• perishable goods like slurry primer, grout, cement and fixing products
• individual products that are only sold in full packs.

What if my product is faulty?
If you have concerns about your product, tell us straight away so we can help to put it right. If you sign to accept your product, use your product and/ or take it out of its original packaging, you are accepting the goods and you may have less recourse for complaint if you raise the issue afterwards. Always inspect your product before signing for delivery.
If there has been a mistake with your order, or your materials arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs showing the issue. You have 30 days from the day of delivery to arrange a return. If this is the case, we will arrange collection from you and replacement goods at our cost.
