Description
Purbeck rockery is a durable and hardwearing natural limestone suitable for landscaping projects. Purbeck rockery is predominantly cream in colour, occasionally with ginger, grey and blue shadings. The rocks or boulders are approx 250-450mm.

Three of the blocks were too big for two adults to lift. The driver remarked that he would not have been able to lift them. I had to spend the morning breaking them up with a chisel and sledge hammer.

We’re very sorry to hear that you had a problem lifting the Purbeck Rockery stones we delivered to you. The stones can vary a little in size so we have notified our supplier just to make sure we keep within the dimensions given on our website in future. If you have any photos of the stones when they arrived with you that would be helpful for us to see. It’s always easiest for us to deal with any problems if we know as soon as possible after delivery. For example we would most likely have been able to easily replace some of these stones for you straight away. We will, however, look at how we can make this clearer for our customers in future.
