Ideal for pathways, driveways or patios, Bradstone Carpet stones are a unique easy-to-lay paving. Each individual stone (replica cobble) is joined together on a flexible cobble mat. Easily cut with scissors and interlocked, this innovative paving is also the ideal solution for awkward and intricate shapes.
Choose from Charcoal or Rustic Red.

Installation:
The mats should be laid on a bed of mortar on a solid foundation and then either;
a) pointed with semi dry mortar (3 parts soft sand to 1 part cement)
b) brush in a mix of 4 parts sharp sand to 1 part cement (dry enough so it doesn’t stain)
c) brush in loose chippings/shingle
d) if laid on a bed of sharp sand, brush in soil to allow small weeds to grow through for a rustic effect.

Used this product before, so wanted to use it again due to its ease of placement and good quality.

Stones look really good when laid. I already had a concrete base so laid stones on neat cement slurry, cut carpet stone mats into smaller pieces for ease of laying + these were placed around a curved base, then grout up with 5-1 sand cement dry mix brushed in then sprinkled with water, also cut off small half sections of stones to interlock with adjacent sections.
