Description
The low voltage in-lite® HALO UP/DOWN wall lights cast light both upward and downward. These elegant yet robust wall lights are suitable for installation onto walls or fences and produce a beam of light from each side of the fixture, with a wide beam 85° angle. The light sources are recessed within the fixture, helping to reduce glare. in-lite® recommend spacing the HALO UP/DOWN every 2 to 2½ meters at a height of 1.4 to 1.8 metres.
Installation is easy using the provided screws and wall plugs. Instructions for installation can be found on the PDF Installation Guide on this page. There is also a mains voltage HALO UP/DOWN available. The 240v version does not require the in-lite® system and as such can be mixed and matched with other lights of your choosing.
These low voltage wall lights are compatible with the in-lite® TOUCH DIMMER wall switch which has a choice of 5 brightness levels that can be cycled through, ranging from full brightness to completely turned off.
The low voltage HALO UP/DOWN wall lights are compatible with the in-lite® SHUTTER 1 accessories which simply clip to the light source, allowing easy adjustment of the beam angle and lighting effect. They are also compatible with the in-lite® FIT mounting plate accessories which are designed to allow level installation on slanted fences. These accessories are designed for a range of fittings and so require a small amount of assembly before use.
Each 12v in-lite® fitting features an LED with a 25,000 hour lifetime, giving you the peace of mind that they are built to last for years to come. They are covered under warranty for 5 years when used with the in-lite® system. Each light is supplied with one of their EASY-LOCK connectors for easily connecting. to anywhere on the chosen in-lite® CBL 12v cable. The fitting is then easily connected to the EASY-LOCK using the push-fit connection. The cable length between the EASY-LOCK and the light fitting can be easily extended by up to 3m using the CBL-EXT cable extensions.

Note: When calculating the total transformer load within an in-lite® system it is crucial to add up the total VA rating rather than the wattage due to power losses. This VA load should not exceed the total stated on the chosen transformer.
