Pine Bark Nuggets are a long-lasting premium grade, natural bark. They can be used for ornamental purposes as well as being certified for use in play areas.

As a decorative ground covering pine bark nuggets can be used in flower beds and borders, to provide a clean, visual backgroud for plants. Will also help suppress weeds and retain soil moisture.

A 25mm depth is fine for ornamental purposes, although 50mm is required to be effective for use as weed suppression. For playgrounds a depth of 200mm is required if laid over soil, 250mm if laid over tarmac or 300mm if laid over concrete.
