    How we’ll work with you

    It is so important to us that your project runs as smoothly as possible, to the specification we agree and that you are delighted with your new garden. We’ll work with you from design to completion and supply all materials as part of your quote.

    Here is a step by step process that you can expect when using our landscaping service:

    1 Discussion about requirements and timescales

    When you first get in touch, we’ll ask you a few questions about your project, location and timescales and, assuming we’re able to help you, we’ll arrange a site visit.

    2 Initial site visit

    We’ll come out free of charge and offer an initial site visit to discuss your design requirements in more detail and understand what you are looking for.

    3 Quotation

    We’ll send you a written quotation and aim to get this to you within a maximum of seven days. For larger projects we can include a detailed site plan and options for you to choose from where appropriate.

    4 Agreement

    We’ll agree on any changes, and send you an order acknowledgement with the final specification and an estimated start date.

    5 Installation

    We’ll confirm a start date with you and once we begin work will continue without interruption (weather permitting) until your project is complete. On day one you will be introduced to your experienced team leader who will lead your project from start to finish with support from our experienced landscaping team. On certain projects where required we are able to bring in and co-ordinate specialist sub-contractors such as electricians and renderers. We always aim to ensure there is minimal disruption to you and your daily routine whilst we are on site.

    6 Changes

    On the rare occasions where something needs to change during the project, our team leader and Business Partner are always available to discuss any changes that might be necessary and can provide a revised quotation as appropriate.
