Choosing your landscaping products
Choose from our extensive product range online or in store. Our installation guides and laying patterns will help you plan your project and calculate the right quantities of paving, decking, artificial grass or fencing. We try and ensure the images on this website are a fair reflection of our products. However colours can sometimes vary slightly. All stated sizes are approximate. We therefore recommend you visit us and/ or request a sample to see products before purchasing.

Placing an order
You can place an order in person, by phone, email or online. See here for trading hours. All our prices include VAT.
It is always worth ordering a few more slabs than you need to allow for any problems with cutting or laying. Many of our stone products can be sold as split packs and not just full pallets. Please check when ordering.
Receiving your products
We pride ourselves in our prompt delivery service.
If items are in stock we can usually supply them within a few days. In urgent cases we can often deliver the same day and you can normally request either a morning or afternoon slot. However at certain times some popular lines can sell out and delivery times can become extended. If you are considering engaging contractors or booking time off work to do a project, allow plenty of time to ensure your goods will be on site. Very occasionally we can be let down by our suppliers which means we cannot deliver when we had hoped.
Do check your goods carefully when they arrive to ensure everything is in good condition.
Can I return any products?
If you over-order or change your mind we are usually able to offer an exchange or refund within 28 days. We regret we are unable to refund:
- non-stock items
- special orders and pre-sealed stone
- loose or bulk bagged aggregates
- perishable goods like slurry primer, grout, cement and fixing products
- individual products that are only sold in full packs.

How long do I have to change my mind?
You must let us know within 14 days of your delivery date if you wish to cancel your order. You then have another 14 days to return your goods to get a full refund.
Are you able to collect goods for return?
Yes. If you aren’t able to return the goods yourself, we can arrange collection and will charge this at our usual delivery rates. We will also charge a 20% handling fee for trade customers.
We will ask you for a photograph showing the location and the condition of the product before confirming if we are able to collect it and give you a refund. Please note that the goods must be in a collectable state.
How do I return a stock item?
Stock items must be returned:
- in a re-saleable condition
- with any seals intact
- within 28 days
- with proof of purchase
What if my product is faulty?
If you have concerns about your product, it’s best you tell us straight away so we can help to put it right.
Please inspect your product before signing for delivery. If you sign to accept your product, use your product and/ or take it out of its original packaging, you are accepting the goods and you may have less recourse for complaint if you raise the issue afterwards.
If there has been a mistake with your order, or your materials arrive damaged or faulty please contact us as soon as possible to let us know. It helps to send us a photograph so we can understand the problem. You have 30 days from the day of delivery to arrange a return. If this is the case, we will arrange collection from you and replacement goods at our cost.
