Description

Recessed manhole covers offer a discreet manhole option as they can be infilled with paving, block paviors or gravel. To fit clear openings of 600x600mm. The recessed manhole covers have built in secure lifting keys discreetly hidden by black polypropylene protective caps and single piece rigid formed cover for added strength. All steel parts are galvanised.

Recessed for up to <35mm Paving

Polypropylene frame and steel lid. Internal recess of 40mm, so suitable for paving slabs up to 35mm thick. Frame depth is 56mm, Overall Base is 726x726mm and the over top of frame is 694x694mm. Also suitable for internal use as comes with ‘O’ ring continuous rubber seal to prevent egress of odours. 10 tonnes G.L.V.W when filled.

Recessed for up to <65mm Paving

Polypropylene frame and steel lid. Internal suitable for block paving up to 65mm thick. Frame depth is 95mm, Overall Base is 690x690mm. 5 tonnes G.L.V.W when filled.
