We’re very sorry, our Landscape Centre remains closed to visiting trade and retail customers for now, so we can focus on delivering to our customers as safely and efficiently as possible. To order a delivery, please call us between 8am-3pm Monday to Friday.

Telephone orders and deliveries only

We’d like to thank our customers unreservedly for their tremendous support over the last few weeks whilst we temporarily ceased trading to reduce pressure on the NHS and protect lives by staying at home.

Our over-riding priority throughout the Covid-19 crisis has been to protect our staff and customers. We also know how important gardens are to our wellbeing, especially during such uncertainty and at this particular time of year.

We’re pleased to announce that we’ve been working hard to make some careful changes to our operations so we can supply garden materials safely once again. Please bear in mind some of our suppliers are currently closed, so we may not have everything you are looking for. Our Landscape Centre remains closed to customers for now, so please don’t try and visit us. We’re really sorry we’ve also had to temporarily suspend all website orders.

From Tuesday 14 April, we’ll be offering a limited contactless delivery service. You’ll be able to order over the phone Monday to Friday 8am-3pm*.

Our safety arrangements include:

  • Contactless deliveries
  • No sharing of vehicles
  • New office and loading arrangements that keep our staff at least 2 metres apart
  • Hand sanitisers in all working areas including vehicles

For customers, we ask that you:

  • Order by phone only
  • Let us know when you order if you are self-isolating so we can help keep our drivers safe
  • Remain at least 2 metres away from our delivery drivers when receiving an order
  • Please be patient as we do our very best to process your order with our reduced staffing levels.

 

Please be assured that we are monitoring official advice daily and reviewing our arrangements so as soon as it is safe to open our doors once again, we will do so. We’ll keep this web page up to date with any changes to our current situation.

I know how important it is for us to keep the lines of communication open and we are always willing to hear from you. Please do get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns.

We sincerely hope that you are managing to cope with any disruptions to your families and businesses and that you and your loved ones are keeping safe and well.

  1. Hello,
    I see that you are planning to restart online orders from the 14th April.
    I have an existing order, [Order #65069] (March 23, 2020) and would like to still receive the items, in fact I would like to add to the order if possible.
    Do I need to re-order, or will I be able to get this order completed.

  3. Hi
    Struggling to get through on the phone but wanted to know whether you are able to supply most of your products listed on your website. I am looking at bulk bags of decorative stone – do you have most of them or have a reduced set?

    • Hi Paul – sorry our phone lines are busy. We are currently out of stock on White Limestone bulk bags and our supplier is closed so we won’t be able to replenish for a while. Most other lines have good stock levels however. We’re taking orders for delivery week commencing 27th April. Do keep trying our phone lines if you’d like to order.

  5. Having problems getting through on the phone, need post mix, and couple of railway sleepers/ brown hard wood so that we can get the flagpole up out side St Mary’s Ash Vale for St George’s Day.
    Is it possible for a delivery tomorrow? All the best, rev Neil.

  6. Hello. Would like to place order for some gravel and ballast and a few other things. Please can you advise estimated delivery date assuming I can place the order today/tomorrow? We are in GU8 area.

      We may be able to get items to you sooner, but are currently expecting to deliver within 2-3 weeks. We apologise for the much longer than usual wait. This is due to the safety arrangements we have had to put in place. Do call us on 01252 517571 if you’d like to order. We’ll be very glad to help you.

  7. Hi,
    I would like to place quite a large order for delivery ie 3 x jumbo bags of MOT type 1, 2 x jumbo bags sharp sand, 1 x jumbo bag ballast 10 bags of cement, could you let me know when it would likely get delivered if I place the order today, please?

    • Hi Dave

      We know how important it is for our customers to get their garden supplies quickly. Unfortunately at the moment our waiting times are much higher than we would like and we’re grateful to all our customers for their patience. We’re working really hard to speed up our service whilst keeping customers and staff safe as our top priority. One of the things we’re doing is running a trial collection service for a small group of trade customers to see what we can safely manage going forward. If we are able to extend this, we’ll let customers know, including posting details on this page.
