All orders taken are subject to our General Conditions of Sale, a copy of which is available upon request. Please ensure that goods have been delivered and inspected before setting an installation date. Efflorescence, fading and differential curing are natural phenomenon that may occur through “weathering” and Kebur cannot accept responsibility. This is a characteristic inherent in high quality cast stone products and can add to the overall patina of a landscape project.
Sizes	All sizes stated are approximate
Deliveries	Please note that drivers will unload materials to the side of the lorry but will not carry goods any further. All lorries requested off highways at client’s own risk. Any delivery times given are as a guide only and therefore we are unable to accept liability should the time not be kept.
Returns, credits & refunds	Goods returned in a saleable condition within 28 days with proof of purchase will be given a refund (except special orders). After 28 days a credit note may be given at management’s discretion. Goods that require Kebur to uplift and return will be subject to a haulage charge and a 20% handling and restocking charge.
